Marc Huehn: Becoming a Financial Advisor
Marc Huehn has written a number of short stories and poems based on his experiences in life and from his many travels throughout the world. He has published a book of his poems entitled “The Workings of My Mind” and a number of his short stories have been published in different publications.
Marc Huehn was born in Seattle in 1962, and grew up largely in New York. He studied archaeology, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Washington University and, doing his fieldwork in Egypt and the Sudan. He fell in love with Susan Elov, a fellow archeology student in Sudan.
In 1987, Marc and Susan got married and moved to Kuwait. He found work as a newspaper editor and taught English at a university. It was a good thing that they were on holiday during the time of the Iraqi invasion in 1990. The couple decided to move to Hong Kong after the Iraqi invasion in Kuwait since the situation in Kuwait was deteriorating.
Marc Huehn found a job as a magazine editor in Hong Kong and decided to devote more time to writing. After successfully getting four of his short stories published in an online fiction magazine a year ago, he now writes full time.
